The Death Of Free Speech At The Hands Of Raving Democrats

Published by at 8:22 am under 2008 Elections,All General Discussions

We all know democrats abhor free speech and challenges to their concept they are God’s gift to humanity. And in deep blue MD suburbs the raving supporters of Obama forced a business to shut up. They ended free speech by mob rule. Obama did ask his mob to get in everyone’s face. For those who demand tolerance, they sure as hell can’t muster it on their own.

Reluctantly, I have to say that if the dhimmicrats who live there
    want to boycott the business,
and the business owner gives in to protect his income,
then it’s the business owner who is the coward.

I wouldn’t go see a Madonna concert. Same thing.

The hotel owner wasn’t burned down. Maybe I missed something.Free speech he has – freedom from consequences cannot be guaranteed.

Once the bombs begin to explode on our shores, and with Obama in charge they certainly will, the whole entire thing will be different.

One of my friends posits (from Always Look On The Bright Side of Life)
Obama winning guarantees Hillary cannot be President in her lifetime.
He sees that as a good thing.

    Dunno.

    Depends on where you live.

when some Obama supporters in Brooklyn forced some store owners to stop selling The New Yorker because of the July 21 cover, it reminded me of how Hitler started. There was also the usual call for boycott, not just of The New Yorker, but all of their advertisers.

More chilling was the campaign’s refusal to allow Ryan Lizza to be in the press pool for Obama’s foreign trip – I suspect more because of Lizza’s excellent article on Obama the Chicago politician in that issue than the cover. It worked. Lizza’s article on Joe Biden’s role as VP in the Oct 20 issue: “Biden asked for little more than access and influence. By contrast, Sarah Palin seems to have greatly circumscribed her potential role in a McCain administration. “My mission is going to be energy security and government reform, ” she told a crowd last month.”

Hmmm, energy security and government reform are less important than Biden as Obama’s Cheney?

same rule of the mob inside his official campaign website. no one can criticize without being cyber-bullied. which is why I now come here.

Boycotts and protesting phone calls are also a First Amendment right.

It’s a clear sign that Dems continue to make politics personal — to HATE Republicans while Republicans just disagree with Democrats. But this alone is not censorship.

You also, apparently, didn’t read to the end of the article.

After taking down the banner, in response to the protests, the hotel put up two large yard signs for McCain.

    Two thumbs up from me.

The editor of a local alternative Newspaper called me and personally told me that he knew that at least 99% of what I had said in a letter to the editor was true but if he printed it he would be out of business within a few weeks because there would be organized boycots of his advertisers., causing them to cancel their ads in his paper and he knew he could not stay in business without revenue. So the far left Obamiac Facists have already shut down most of the out spoken opposition to their views. Facist censorship is already here. Except for the internet. Just how long do you think the internet will continue as it is if Obama is elected? I’ll bet the anti American lefties are having Obamisms over their success.

    AJ,

I usually don’t agree with you, but I agree with you 100% on this one. How dare these Democrats use their right of free speech to impede on a Republican’s right of free speech. Congress should pass a law that outlaws citizens from calling and emailing business to complain about signs and their position on political issues. Of course, we will have to make certain exceptions, like safeguarding pro-life protestors right to picket in front of abortion clinics and heckle the doctors and patients as they go in, but I think Congress can work through those issues.

Don’t the Obama-maniacs know that the American way to deal with political signs they don’t agree with is to simply burn or deface the signs? http://www.wpbf.com/politics/17689161/detail.html. http://crooksandliars.com/john-amato/obama-yard-signs-burned-st-peters-mo

I think the real problem is that all Obama supporters are closet Muslims/Arabs who don’t really understand what it is to be an American.

Conman closes with ironic sarcasm, methinks, but actually
speaks very close to the truth.

What the heck was wrong with me yesterday? I had a moment
of tolerance for Obamabots. I’m better now.

Seems the Obama Thugocracy is trying to get Joe The Plumber
shut down, fired, run out of town.
