The soon-to-be Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, John Roberts, just sealed his case with the American people: he is defending the right to personal property:

Chief Justice nominee John Roberts said Wednesday that Congress has the right to counter Supreme Court rulings including a divisive decision giving cities broad power to seize and raze people’s homes for private development.

“This body and legislative bodies in the states are protectors of the people’s rights,” Roberts said on the third day of his confirmation hearings.

OK, that is sufficient for me and most Americans. Stop delaying Congress. We have seen what the Kelo decision would bring. You Senators want to gab more get out on the floor, vote Roberts in and get on with the job of killing off the Kelo decision was some new laws.
