Seriously, The Dems Have Lost This Election – Did A Star Chamber Crew Screw Up?

Published by at 8:13 pm under 2008 Elections,All General Discussions

Wild Speculation Alert! This post includes some wild speculation built around truth of the news surrounding the imploding Obama campaign. The wild guessing relates only to the cause of the collapse of the Dems and Obama.

It is all over the news, indications that the Obama campaign is spinning down the tubes. Political leaders and players on the left are going on the record and anonymously wringing their hands. Since Obama’s idiotic lipstick gaffe the implosion has been building. But what is clear is it is not the Obama campaign alone. I am fairly confident the lipstick schtick was pushed on the Obama campaign as part of a DNC coordinated effort to take out Palin. You can almost see Obama not wanting to deliver the line – but he is a creature of his handlers.  It is not accident the schtick came out of multiple mouths on the same day Obamb dropped his O-Bomb. I initially thought it was simply due to peer pressure. But now I am seeing something else more disturbing.

There has never been a clearer sign that there is a cadre of power brokers hidden in the background pulling the strings of their marionettes in political offices. Consider that all media events and daily talking points are a common feature of modern politics. But it was always assumed the coordination point was either the political leaders or the top candidate (like Obama). But it seems clear Obama did not seem keen in delivering the lipstick line. Was he being pushed by his handlers or his backers?

Let me point to another strange coincidence. As the lipstick bomb still smolders in the background a strange thing happened in the well of the House of Representatives – Palin as Pontius Pilate made a return to the political stage:

On September 5th, almost one week ago top Democrat strategist Donna Brazile used the EXACT SAME line!

The Bible says to whom much is given much is required and it comes out of that tradition. So it was insulting to see both, you know, the governor as well as Mayor Giuliani criticize people. There’s some on the Internet now that Jesus was a community organizer, Pontius Pilate was a governor. And perhaps they should understand the role of a community organizer, do help people in distress.

How is it this same stupid Palin attack line comes out once on CNN one week and then on the House Floor the next? A top democrat strategist and a Congressman? Coincidence? No way. When I see the same exact lines coming out from numerous mouths independently I know there is a central source. But as I watched the lipstick thing blow up I realized the center is not Obama. I think he is just another, very high profile outlet for the true puppet master.

Look what else happened today – Matt Damon came out attacking Palin in numerous ways for being (a) an average American and (b) by giving credibility to whacked internet rumors (like the Satan Lizards – Dinosaur one). Just watch Damon give credence to a list of planted internet rumors about Palin:

Is it just coincidence these completely made up internet rumors show up one day and then Matt Damon is out there the very next day ‘acting’ like they are real?

What I see is a Presidential candidate, a top campaign consultant, a Congressman and an actor all delivering coordinated and well timed smears. How could this be? Maybe there is a lot more truth to the idea there is a group of rich and powerful people running the Democrat party the way the mafia runs a front company. And maybe it the problem is not Obama or the dems, but the fact this Star Chamber like board have been so rattled by Palin’s threat to them getting their hands back on the levers of power.

Maybe Obama’s fit of frustration in Norfolk, VA yesterday – where he said “enough” – was more than trying to get past his gaffe. Maybe he was declaring his independence? Maybe he was tired of the BDS driven agenda of the power brokers who were really coordinating the message on the left?

Either that or the entire liberal establishment in this country has all gone simultaneously insane, babbling the same idiocy in a strangely coordinated manner.

I’ve said for years that the dems all get a memo each morning telling them what the meme of the day is. And they all repeat the same meme by rote like good little soldiers.

I wonder if the reason the dems won’t drill for oil is because of these invisible puppeteers like Soros or the Saudis who make money be keeping us oil dependent. The dems have kept us from drilling for decades and for what reason? It doesn’t make sense not to drill and to be forced to shell out billions to fund ME countries who are trying take us down. And didn’t the Saudis say they would not sell oil to us if we bombed Iran.

Of course the Puppeteers could be the environmentalists. They certainly have enough money…part government funds too. The possibilities are endless because the dems have so many special interest groups.

I don’t think there’s a Star Chamber. I think we’re dealing with a variant of the old Interlocking Directorates.

Remember, most liberals aren’t that bright…and the top echelon of the Left is very closely connected to each other. Which means that a meme gets around that circle quickly, then percolates down.

On the other hand, there is one strong argument in favor of your position…the very wealthy LIKE a powerful, interventionist government. As Adam Smith pointed out 200 years ago, the very rich will try to persuade the government to stop competition…which keeps the rich on top. A strong motive for the likes of George Soros.

    AJ,

Obama was talking with Olbermann the other day and KO told him to say “Enough!”

The interview was on 9/8 I believe.

    Here is the link.

The interesting part is at the 3:54 point.

It was really weird to watch Olbermann pour the words in and then hear them come out of Obama’s mouth two days later.

    See what you think.

yep, it’s there and he used it. I wish someone would do just a little research, I might myself, but here’s what we need to find. Obama accuses McCain of voting with Bush 90% of the time. Now since about 95% of all senate votes are on unanimous type resolutions, etc, it is very likely that senator O has also voted with Bush 90% of the time. It would be worth checking.

  5. Redteam says:

Well, I did a little research, first there were 855 unanimous votes for bills that passed, then out of 400+ other bills where there were roll calls, mostly Obama didn’t vote. I counted 27 straight votes where Obama only voted 3 times, all three the bills passed and were signed. so just taking that sample and counting all 855 as voting with Bush and all 3 he voted aye on passed and were signed, so out of 858 votes I could find by Obama, he actually voted WITH Bush 100% of those votes. I’m fairly sure further research wouldn’t show much difference. Seems to me as “voting with Bush 90% of the time” should be taken off the table.

  6. AJ,

Whatever the Democrats did, is sure is not working.

This was posted by Kevin “Coach” Collins at a web log here: http://www.collinsreport.net/

It apears very right wing after a quick review of the posts, so color your evaluation accordingly.

Collins is quoting what looks like some Zogby poll internals:

    ===================

These are the numbers right now. To win Obama must get these numbers with these groups: women, he needs at least plus 7. He is down 12.

White males needs at least 36%. He is battling to change the minds of this group and is not having any success. If he gets 30% he will be lucky

Catholics: needs 50%. He is down 59/36.

Evangelicals: needs 71%. He is running against an Evangelical and has nothing to offer these Christian voters.

Jewish vote: needs 80%. He is at 57%.

Black vote: needs 95%. Zogby says he has “lost support” among Black voters.

Hispanic vote: needs 65%. The only polls available show he is at 65% so that won’t help, it will only slow the bleeding.

Democrat base support: needs 92%. He is at 86%.

Independents: needs 49%. He is losing 52/37.

The Obama really should have picked Hillary as a VP and sat on his hounds going after Palin.

Those results do explain why Obama has “Lost his cool” in public over the last few days.

  7. AJ,

Obama blew his chance to turn the attacks on Palin into a positive for him, by denouncing the idiots and telling them to get help from the nearest mental health professionals.

It could have been a “Sister Souja moment” that reassured Americans that Obama could be President.

All he did say was that he didn’t do it, i.e., damage control.

Obama and his people do not understand that a primary campaign policy of “no enemies to the left” simply does not work in a general election. They simply can’t make the mental shift to the quite different needs of a contested general election.

Obama’s failure to nail the nearest convenient idiot about attacking Palin has been viewed by his state campaign people, the media, and the left wingnut bloggers as a tacit license to go over the line on attacking her.

Now everything, including the attacks on Palin’s family, will be blamed on Obama by voters who don’t already support him.

He has lost control of his image and his campaign, both of which have become vehicles for Democratic and lefty nutballs to express their issues.

It is now too late for him to do so even if he wanted to, which he doesn’t.

This is why I think he will lose.

And if I am wrong, the America Republic will tread down a path of woe.

If Obama won’t fire people for misbehavior as a candidate, he’ll do the same as President.

And the media will do everything in their power to cover for him as President. They are too invested in him to do otherwise.
