Hastert’s Tour de Force

Folks, you can read the transcripts yourselves when they come out, but Hastert’s performance at the press conference was strong, confident and hinted there are people who knew about the emails and timed their outcome for partisan gain (not for protecting children). This is not playing out like the media wanted – that is for sure.

    bipartisan corruption, is taking the fact of greatly increased US casualties in Iraq off the front pages. Like eight in one day.

    Somebody better tell Katie Couric it’s a prank. Her hair was on fire with assumptions and untruths on the evening “news”. Her question to her talking heads was, ” Do you think the Republicans can recover from this by November?” Her tone was almost desperate.
