Allen Lies For His Mother

Published by at 9:19 am under All General Discussions

Watching Reliable Sources (Ugh! Not doing well so stuck with Sunday morning dribble). The grasping left is trying to say Allen lied when he said his mother was Christian (which apparently she is now??) and he was raised Christian (which he was). It seems Allen was attempting to shield his mother upon her request to try and keep the facade up about her Jewish past. What is ugly is Ms. Huffington’s claim on the show someone’s family ethnicity is fair game. Sadly, the left has no honor left. It is terrible they would force Allen’s mother to expose something SHE felt was bad. And it is terrible to hear Arianna say “what kind of son is Allen to make his mother feel this way”. The left has nothing but personal attacks of the lowest kind. They are truly the scum of the earth if they think their prejudiced views of Allen gives them the right to play bigots and hurt Allen’s poor mother. This is the lowest of the low. Only Webb’s comments about ‘horny women’ is lower than what I saw on CNN this morning.

What kind of a son is Allen? Did he pop out into this world telling his mother to hid her Jewish roots? What kind of a world was it that made her feel hiding her Jewishness would make her and her children safer?

    Sue,

Are you kidding? Allen’s mom is from the days of WW II. Was she right? No. But don’t blame Allen. Apparently she had been hiding these facts his entire life.

  3. Sue says:

I think you misunderstood my post. I wasn’t kidding, I was incredulous that someone would blame the child for the mother’s decisions. Decisions she made because of the events she had witnessed. My point was don’t blame the person, blame the atmosphere that made her afraid of her own Jewishness.

Arrianna.. B3. The bigoted bitch of Brentwood, just another voice of the cryptofascist left.

I remember once hearing Sammy Davis Jr talk about his past. He converted to Judaism when he was still young. When he was in the hospital, badly hurt and wearing an eye patch he said that one day he caught someone staring at him from the hallway, he said “What are you looking at? Haven’t you ever seen a one eyed black Jew before?”

The point here that the lady did not want to talk about a tragic past and it might well be that she converted to Christianity before her son was even born. Either way, it is none of our business.

    terrye,

You are right it is NONE of our business nor does it make one damn bit of difference! However the left THINKS it is their business to dig up any so called “dirt” on a Repub be it their religion, a DUI or being gay. As long as they think it will help them win an election it is OK in their book to attempt to smear someone with something THEY think is “dirt” or bad. Note it is the Dems that think being Jewish is somehow bad.

I guess when you are out of ideas that is the only thing left and they is why they are doing it. In their minds the end justifies the means. It is sick and disgusting!!

I have said it time and time again, the left will stick at nothing. All the way from trying to unseal John Roberts’ children’s adoptions to this and no telling what else. When public figures act out of character, I have to wonder what is going on. When Bob Livingston resigned as speaker because of a sex scandal and Newt and Mccain were cosying up to Hillary and Monahan endorsing her for his seat in the senate and others I can’t recall at this time, I knew what names were on some of the FBI files Bill and Hillary “accidently” aquired. Neverthless, this women was not running for public office and wanted to keep this information a secret which she was entitled to do. The left and the media especially seem to think any information about anyone is fair game. This is a blatant disregard for privacy.

    Sue,

In rereading your comment I believe I misunderstood your position!

The left and Dems are the closest thing we have to a ‘totalitarian regime’ in our country. As an independent voter, I have been thoroughly convinced over the last five years that I can never vote for a person with a ‘D’ next to their name for the rest of my life. No matter how good I think the individual may be. Just the fact that they could even ‘tolerate’ the current democrat party shows a huge lack of judgement. They can never be trusted except to look out for their own interest. The ‘common good’ is unknown to them all.

    AJ,

No problem. Even ignoring my typo, it could have been worded it better.

  11. Sue says:

Shoot. I can’t even type a post about my typos without typos. 😀

Just this weekend alone, I have seen at least 8 to 10 stories about potential voter fraud and electronic voting machines and the voter id bill.

    Florida, Ohio and Diebold revisited.

With about as much credibility and basis as SSCI part 2.

Must be the Dems plan B.

  13. Ken says:

I am not cued in to the possible Democratic motives in this
controversy and haven’t even bothered to investigate their
rationale or stated point(s) in making this an issue. But the
incontrovertible fact is, Allen is now saying he “identifies” with his newly discovered heritage and takes special pride in his recent discovery.

With the Mideast cauldron simmering and Allen having supported an especially intransigent line on the Iraq War and a pro-Likud hawkish policy regarding Israel’s interests, Huffington is correct, regardless of her motives or rationale.

  14. MerlinOS2 says:

Ken you claim Huffington is correct and as another aside you propose to be a Buchanan conservative.

    Whats with that?

  15. Terrye says:

Extremes meet. Huffington used to be a “conservative” too.
