Depoyed Military Having Serious Trouble Voting Absentee
LJStrata and I are very upset with the US Military right now. Our son is deployed and has been trying for weeks to get his absentee ballot and get it mailed. He was told today he is too late, the deadline was two weeks ago.
This is a total crock. These men and women are putting it all on the line to protect our right to vote, and this is what they get in return? I would bet this is not isolated, and an investigation is in order. It won’t help this cycle, but this should NEVER happen. If a military person on deployment wants to vote, they should move heaven and earth to make it happen.
If Romney does not address this issue in the debates, then shame on him.

It is absolutely appalling that our military all over the world can not vote.
I read somewhere that military absentee ballots were down over 90% this election, compared to 2008. Sounds like maybe our Commander in Chief has issued an order?
That 90% down was Virginia; I don’t know about nationwide.
There is no doubt that this an important part of Obama’s plan to ‘fix’ the election. Just as he has this in his plan, I’m sure he has all the key people in place to insure that all the Dead Voters ballot get cast and counted. Just a few hundred key voters in swing precincts will do it and there should be no doubt that the plans are in place. I’m not concerned about the live voters, it’s the dead ones that will swing the election to EC. (empty chair)
Don’t anyone doubt that this can happen, it has in the past. This is his most important election. If he can prevent every single judge in the country to not allow a single case even be presented about his citizenship status, then can there be any doubt he will ‘fix’ the election. Your liberty is at peril.
