Richard Cohen Get’s A Taste Of Liberal Bile

Published by at 10:26 am under 2006 Elections,All General Discussions

As Richard Cohen, Democrat, experiences his party’s leftwing base (which is larger than Cohen’s portion of the base) one can see the writing on the wall concerning the fall elections. When the far left fring attacks and repulses the Cohens of the party, you can see how the lunatic fringe is driving the democrats to make impeachment of Bush issue uno:

But the message in this case truly is the medium. The e-mails pulse in my queue, emanating raw hatred. This spells trouble — not for Bush or, in 2008, the next GOP presidential candidate, but for Democrats. The anger festering on the Democratic left will be taken out on the Democratic middle. (Watch out Hillary!) I have seen this anger before — back in the Vietnam War era. That’s when the anti-war wing of the Democratic Party helped elect Richard Nixon. In this way, they managed to prolong the very war they so hated.

Yes, hate consumes all and is all consuming. The Democrat party will implode this year in a ball of fustration and anger by those left manning the ramparts of civil war. Because to those on the far left, there can be no compromise. And soon the ends will justify any means. The far left is not dealing well with its ever shrinking minority status and seems intent on going out by lashing out at one and all. Pathetic.

Update: Captain Ed comments on Cohen’s experience as well here. A good read.

Update II: Seems to be a theme today, cracking on the KoS kids and their rantings.  Thomas Lifson chimes in at The American Thinker.

Did I remind people (today) that I believe this year’s election will be all about impeaching Bush???

As you know I am a daytrader, so due dilligence is part of my DNA

I do what the MSM is missing as all can see.

Look both sides of an issue or all views if fragmented
I read left, right and middle blogs
I comment on the right and middle ones, but know it would be a waste of pixels at the left

Mostly they tend to sound like the kid in the schoolyard that just echoed his last talking point and ya know that cursing and ranting and stupid fighting, the clearest example they know you are coming from a stronger position.

Hate, vitrol, and groupthink trashmouth degredation, don’t win elections.

I mean I read on one site the other day that the candidate of one of the races they are handicapping was now in striking distance since the y were only down by 24 points

The MSM actions are resulting only in lowering circulation, lower stock prices and now major investor backlash is starting to ripple the waters…I estimate that the major investors will press the message to stop the trainwreck and we may see changes but definitely not until after the elections and only grudgenly and dragged kicking , screaming and downsizing along the way.

The msm doesn’t need a poll to see this..all the need to do is listen to their accountants.

There is a perfect word for Cohen’s offense: takfir. It’s hard out there for an apostate.
