And This Is Who The Liberals Want In Charge Of Your Health Care

Published by at 8:11 am under All General Discussions,Obamacare

Not surprisingly the USPS has discovered that government run enterprises are too expensive to survive on their own:

The financially strapped U.S. Postal Service is proposing to cut its workforce by 20 percent and to withdraw from the federal health and retirement plans because it believes it could provide benefits at a lower cost.

Good lord, even the government can’t afford Obamacare!  So why does anyone with two brain cells to rub together think America’s economic engine – the small business – can afford this nonsense? Let me those still struggling out there a hint: no one can afford the gold plated fantasies  liberals dream up in their TV-Land view of the perfect human society.

Yeah and with a 50 billion a year oops in the calculations of the annual costs of Obamacare due to forcing unrealistic scoring requirements just show this whole thing is an epic fail.

They have gradually taken so many people out of the risk pool for insurance coverage no wonder the system is crazy.

Add to that massive must carry requirements by the various states and this program also and you get designated fail.

I known a fellow who is the retired postmaster of a small town (under 25,000 population) who’s starting retirement check was over $100,000 a year. this $100,000 does not include all the medical care and other beneifits all retired Fed. employees get. This guy is a Korean War veteran who never left the states and has a high school education. He started out as a postman after the war and stuck with it.

Abolish the USPS – sell half of what’s left of the business to FedEx, and the other half to UPS. Let them compete for letters, just like they do for packages.

In a computerized age, we just don’t need government financed snail mail anymore.
