Proof Holder & Obama Endangered American Lives
The career intelligence workers who defend this nation are starting to expose the danger Attorney General Eric Holder and President Obama have put this nation in. We are in danger of attack because Holder and Obama allowed for Christmas Day Bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab to be mirandized and ‘remain silent’ as his terrorist allies continued their path towards killing innocent Americans:
U.S. and allied counterterrorism authorities have launched a global manhunt for English-speaking terrorists trained in Yemen who are planning attacks on the United States, based on intelligence provided by the suspect in the attempted Christmas Day bombing after he began cooperating.
U.S. officials told The Washington Times that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, facing charges as a would-be suicide bomber, revealed during recent cooperation with the FBI that he met with other English speakers at a terrorist training camp in Yemen. Three U.S. intelligence officials, including one senior official, disclosed on the condition of anonymity some details of the additional bomb plots.
Emphasis mine. As I noted in a prior post the fact we got these perishable details regarding these human weapons now en route to kill Americans 5 weeks too late is a clear example of a high crime by any administration. Holder’s myopic liberal zealotry put his ego over our national security. He was going to prove he was right and the rest of us (which is a majority) were wrong. He was going to prove we could treat enemy combatants as criminals and pretend we are not at war with Islamo Fascists (as opposed to mainstream Islam). And in so doing he exposed innocent Americans to horrific deaths and injury.
As I noted in this post, there are statements and evidence galore that Holder and John Brennan, under the direction of our ideological and inexperienced young president, let our guard down to prove Bush was wrong about his hair trigger response to terrorist threats. And in so doing allowed the Ft Hood Massacre and Christmas Day Bombing attempts to reach their desired targets. In the latter case it was the pure luck of a fumbled detonation that avoided mass murder in the skies over Detroit.
But Holder made things 100 times worse when he suspended questioning of Abdulmutallab without informing or coordinating with other intelligence and national security officials. He took charged, and his blunder cost precious time, time used by our enemies to alert their people to go into hiding and adjust their attack plans. All the while the administration broadcast their incompetence, giving hints to our enemies on how to adjust their tactics and increase their chance of success.

Said one official: “It’s safe to say that Abdulmutallab is not the only bullet in the chamber for al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula,” the Islamist terrorist group based in Yemen.
“Farouk took a month to get operational. Once he left [training in Yemen], it did not take very long,” the official said.
Information about the bomb plots was shared with the FBI after Mr. Abdulmutallab’s family traveled from Nigeria to help coax the former student into cooperating, after a period of about five weeks when he refused to help authorities.
Confirmation Abdulmutallab was not a ‘lone extremists’ as President Obama so foolishly stated as he vacationed for a week in Hawaii after the just missed massacre in Detroit. Worse yet is the new information that these additional human weapons are English speaking – and thus more capable of getting through our defenses. Is Holder going to come out and say that little detail would not have helped focus our attention better to stop these pending attacks?
In response to this criminal, gross negligence by the Obama administration they are ‘reviewing’ how to neuter Holder and make him coordinate with others before he closes down all life saving leads. Talk about inept leadership! Than man should be fired and charged with homicidal negligence in my mind. And the liberal news media keeps covering for these screw ups.

The terrorist organization is deploying operatives to the United States to carry out new attacks from inside the country, including “clean” recruits with a negligible trail of terror contacts, CIA Director Leon Panetta said. Al Qaeda is also inspiring homegrown extremists to trigger violence on their own, Panetta added.

As we noted last week, British intelligence officials believe the Nigerian was part of a larger group of terrorists that trained in Al Qaida camps in Yemen last year. The whereabouts of those operatives remains unknown.

Also unclear is the status of 36 American ex-convicts who traveled to Yemen over the past year, ostensibly to study Arabic. Thomas Joscelyn of The Weekly Standard has unearthed a little-publicized report from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (released last month) that raises concerns about the former convicts and a second group of Americans, who moved to Yemen several years ago and converted to a form of radical Islam.
Why is this not front page news? Is this country going to turn a blind eye to deadly incompetence simply because we voted a complete zealot/novice into the White House? Do Americans really have to die before the media wakes up and faces their own deadly biases? These people allowed a foreign enemy to hide his comrades’ parallel attacks on America for 5 weeks! Attacks that might have been avoided with timely intelligence the day and week Abdulmutallab was taken into custody.
AG Holder, along with the President and his advisor Brennan, have needlessly exposed Americans to imminent attack. They have allowed a Clear and Present Danger to continue unimpeded because of liberal blindness and one man’s outsized ego. That’s a high crime if anything deadly happens.

Does law school and the field of lawyering completely remove any bit of common sense that a person has or develops in life? These guys are trying to guide our country based on utopian ideals of what should be (in some place our ancestors seem to all have fled) rather than what is right in front of their faces and adjust accordingly.
Who again are we trying to impress????? Al Queda and the ACLU, Soros and the UN???
While I do have trouble dignifiying these guys as soldiers and they certainly haven’t earned anything to deserve civilian protection, then a third category reserved for wild animals and rabid dogs is needed which these guys fall neatly into. The quicker we start putting them to sleep the quicker we get the discussion behind us. KSM should not be alive and we should be discussing where and manner of execution rather than some faux trial.
If this situation is considered a war, then the President is encharge. If this administration thinks of this “problem” is a crime then the Justice Department handles it.
Cheney spoke yesterday to the differences and bringing all of our tools to work with a conflict depending on how you view it.
Obama from the beginning saw this war as an overseas something, clearly not as America at war, though he has used the word “war” once or twice, it was just a word to placate the
“war mongers”. Holy cow he has not even seen to it that the HIG was up and running, so no interrogators were at the ready to ask relevant questions. Not all FBI agents are equal in knowledge, a fact that he doesn’t seem to know. I would ask what does Obama know and how does he plan to handle this “war” that is coming to America’s soil, or is already here. We also know that there are many Somali Americans floating around, when they come home what is his plan? He he really thinks we are safe, we are in big trouble.
Remember that there were a lot of good lawyers who supported strong action in the Bush Administration. Obama fired all of them and brought in the libtard idealogue lawyers in their place.
The war will not end because of our playing good defense. The Obama administration disagrees. A basic problem in playing defense is that we have to be correct everytime. They only have to get it right every so often.

Perhaps someone in Brennan’s office should inform him, that we are at war with an ideology and that ideology happens to be an extremist element of Islam. Did you guys know that the US still has not agreed upon one unified definition of Terrorism?

Normally I would not kill anything, let alone another human being. I truly believe in not killing, a value I hold very dear. However I would ditch that value in a nanosecond if someone held a knife to one of my children and feel not one bit of regret. I’ll bet that is how George Bush felt when he authorized water-boarding of 3 killers. I really don’t need a lecture on values Mr. Holder, thanks though.

Interesting tidbit ivehadit—-I wonder how much Rich contributed to Obama’s campaign in exchange for making his good fiend and ally AG. FARC probably just promised to say nice things about Obama to Chavez.
Tragically, it will take another 9/11–or perhaps something FAR worse–to force the Hussein administration into the aggressive, pro America defense-from-terror policy it should have supported all along. Obama IS a muslim, doing the bidding of one of his premier campaign donors, the King of Saudi Arabia. And Obama has far more in common with Islamic extremists than with actual Americans–utter contempt for the United States and the American people for starters. So the REAL MARTYRS in the upcoming tragedy will be the American people whose lives will be sacrificed to expose the thug in the White House and force him into upholding his Constitutional obligations.
