The Tech Massacre And Iraq

Published by at 6:59 am under All General Discussions,Iraq,VA Tech Massacre

Everyone is praying for the victims and families and friends of those shot and killed at VA Tech, as they should. It would not hurt to send a prayer out to all our military forces in Iraq and Afghanistan and deployed elsewhere who are fighting an enemy not much different from the rampaging lunatic who found his place in history by killing more students than any else before this week. It is worth remembering that many of those in Iraq are about the same age as those we lost at VA Tech. And while there are calls to protect students better, they should include demands on Congress gto et the money to our troops now so they too are protected. There are no good and bad young people in this country, some worth our efforts and others to be used as pawns. We need to support them all.
