Allen Pulling Ahead, Slightly

Allen is now 51-48% with 52.5% of the precincts reporting. But Wolf and Davis and Moran represent Northern VA (the Webb strongholds) and these precincts are reporting 38% and 52% and 44%, respectively. This means that Webb is not offsetting the rest of the state like he needs to – yet. Drake, one of those seats Dems need to win in the southern part of the state, is holding onto a small lead with 35% of the precincts reporting (which is why Allen is looking good, since the down state precincts have a lot of Allen votes to still report).
