The Paranoid Left

Published by at 10:15 am under All General Discussions,Leak Investigations

The left thinks they are worthy of being spied upon by George Bush!

Every time Democrats and progressives speak out about George W. Bush’s spying on Americans without mentioning that he may also be spying on Democrats, they’re playing into Karl Rove’s “National Security Frame” and actually strengthening Republican electoral chances in November.

To short-circuit this, Democrats need to invoke the ghost of Richard Nixon.

Talk about being egotistical and paranoid at the same time! We only wish the left would stop spying on our national defences and publishing their details so Al Qaeda can work around them. Delusional and paranoid is no way to go through life.

With what Andrew McCarthy had to say on the Hamdan case today over at NRO and the decision by the Bush Administration and the Pentagon to accord detainees Geneva Convention rights, is it all that far from our worst nightmare – Congress controlling the executive war powers and the conduct of a war by committee?

The Commander-In-Chief should, under no circumstances, be constrained in performing his constitutionally granted duties. To fold now on Geneva Convention rights for detainees is just one more step toward a national security nightmare!

Well. It’s about time the Dems admitted they weren’t really Americans anymore. =) Can I question their patriotism now? =D Oh you don’t know how MOVED I am to see the Democrats up in arms about spying conducted against a people who are normally foreigners to them.

Now Karig, you KNOW that they only want to protect those AMERICANS that agree with them. The rest of us are on our own. That’s good…’cause I ABSOLUTELY don’t plan on relying on a Democrat to protect me or my family…EVER!

  4. Aj,
By definition, paranoids are egotistical; they think they are so important that powerful people (the FBI, CIA, Mafia, etc) are willing to spend their time and energy to target them! Without their paranoia, they are simply losers. This is one of the reasons it is so hard for a paranoid to give up his paranoid delusions.

It seems that the Yellow Springs Crowd is in charge of the democrat party in Connecticut. As we at Thespis Journal described this past Sunday, the Cindy Sheehan wing of the liberal party is a gift that keeps on giving to Republicans, and the Primary ba…

I agree. The present leaders of the Democrats show no intention of protecting anyone ever. What truly amazes me is there are people in America who know that and still vote for non-protection.

Ahha! So by linking the name of George Bush with that of the evil and disgraced champion of hate lists himself, the 2006 elections shall belong to the democrats. All they need to do is convince voters that the president believes it more important to spy on dem politicians than sub-humans who blow children to pieces and decapitate helpless prisoners. Right. Perhaps democrats should have some disinterested party create a guidebook of some kind. Sort of a leftist/normal dictionary, just to help these dedicated loons navigate that no-mans land between moonbat philosophy and sane, reasoned thought. Think of the time and embarrassment they could be spared, never mind the voters who might actually begin to view these twisted psychotics as almost normal. Then again, maybe I’ll just write Howard Dean and confess that I really caused the destruction of the twin towers. It was with the ray gun I got from Karfax, ruler of the universe, when he teleported me to the planet Krune during halftime at a Steeler game. I’m sure Howard will relate the rest of the story on Oprah.
