There is a report called “Financing Terror” on FOX about companies that are supporting the insurgents. The news person speculated that NSA might evesdrop on them.

I think they will have more details later.

There has been a chemical attack in St Petersburg Russia

This unknown gas has hospitalized 66 shoppers and employees at a store called the Maxidom.

Ambulances were called about 10 AM.

The authorities found cylinders with ampules in four stores. they had timers in them.

The gas made people cough and have a fast heart rate… (?)

This may not be exactly right. I read Russian but am not perfect and am not looking up words I don’t know. Also the print is small.

Employees at one store found a box (that may have been a bomb) but it didn’t explode.

They found boxes with ampules and timers in some stores and even in a bathroom of a store.

The state security is not commenting yet.

I suppose it could be some kind of extortion or Chechens.

    Here is an English article

This sounds more like some criminal extortion than terrorism to me.
