It Is Not Over Til It Is Over

Published by at 11:27 pm under All General Discussions

LJ and I went to an organizational meeting to get ready for the last 280 hours of this election. And let me tell you, it is going to be a fight. Over 400 people showed up to find out what needed to be done to keep VA red. The guest speaker to spark the crowd was Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez.

How can you be against business but in favor of jobs.

If you are making $230,000.00 why would you try harder to make $250,000.00. The government would punish you.

We all rely on this great thing called a free market.

I agree with Joe Biden. People will want to test this new president. They won’t test John McCain. McCain has been tested like very few people have ever been tested.

The Secretary was born in Cuba and came to the US just before he turned 7. And as he put it, he loves this country.

Another speaker was a Fairfax County Board of Supervisor Pat Herrity. He brought up the biggest scandal involved with Democrats and voter fraud. The fairfax registrar Rokey Suleman is trying to reject 98% of the federal absentee write-in ballots from our military because the witness’s address was not included on the envelope. According to the directions online it is not required. This is a huge impact for Virginia. Especially for the Hampton Road area (Norfolk Naval Base, Langley Air Force Base, Navy Amphibious Base Little Creek, Fort Eustis, Fort Monroe, Fort Story, Coast Guard bases in Yorktown and Portsmouth) If this goes through here, then it could snow ball throughout the state. Please anyone write to radio stations, news stations, newspapers, blogs, etc. Please get this story out there.

A Fairfax County volunteer gave a very good idea as an extra campaign tactic. Change your voicemail to state: “Hi you’ve reached [insert name]. I am supporting McCain-Palin, [insert Senate candidate], [insert Congressional candidate] and here is why [insert reason].” Thats pretty effective.

Obama admits his Redistribution of Wealth is to SAVE the African American community SO HE CAN ENSURE HIS OWN SALVATION! (and Our Countries Salvation) He compares the plight of African Americas to the ethic genocide’s of Bosnia and Africa. He blames all of African American’s problems on “ONE GROUP” who suppresses them. And He says WHITE people don’t want their taxes to help black children.

Business and investors do not support Obama’s economic policies. They’re economic suicide.

People have risked shark-infested waters to flee those same policies to come to America, the land of opportunity. Those who admire the economic policies of Cuba and Venezuela so much should try risking shark-infested waters to go live there!

I think the MSM seriously overplayed their hand in this election. They’re now trying to back-peddle to find themselves some safety in the margin of error.

The problem is they’ve created such a large spread in the polls and in their (ahem) journalism, any attempts to insinuate a closer match-up coming into the main event means conceding momentum to McCain every time.

So far the MSM has trumpeted ad nauseum every endorsement for Obama and barely a peep for those endorsing McCain. Yet, the Chamber of Commerce is a far greater force with far greater influence in America than has-been Colin Powell will ever be. In the current economic climate, this endorsement is huge!

Schumer’s already flung his VRWC mud on this. No doubt the MSM will be right behind him with their knee-jerk “racist” slam on it come morning.

One question that seems to have been drowned out or missed is whether other ethnic cultures might feel sidelined, even forgotten, by Obama’s clearly African-American-centric agenda.

Is there any sense what the response to that might be in this election?
