Happy 3 Million!

Published by at 2:27 pm under All General Discussions

The Strata-Sphere has reached an incredible milestone for a blog created only a little over 3 years ago – we have logged our 3 millionth visitor. We hit 2 million visitors on Oct 28th, 2007 and our 1st million on Oct 27th 2006 (17 months after our launch).

I want to thank all our wonderful readers and commenters for making this milestone possible. It has been an amazing and rewarding experience to have reached these milestones over the years. And as they say, we couldn’t have done it without you great folks and your support.

It is your interest that keeps me doing this insanity!  If not for you I am not sure if I would have kept getting up early and staying up late typing my fingers and brain into numbness all these great days. You people make it worth all the effort.

Sincerely thanks,

AJStrata and the Strata-Spherians

    AJ,

You are easily within my top three favorite blogs and I read three dozen or so.

Of course, I don’t always agree with you but, then again, life would be very bland without some salt and pepper thrown in.

You approach things from a different angle and see things sometimes that are not so obvious to the casual, or even intensive, observer.

Thanks for everything you and LJ and DJ do.

    Congrats AJ et al,

You do your readers a great service and we appreciate it. Best wishes and a speedy attainment of 4 million!

Congratulations. Keep up the great work, I really appreciate your coverage of underreported-but-important issues such as what is really going on in Pakistan’s Northwest Frontier and your more recent examination of polling election turn-out models (not to mention dead-on reports of the Iraq “Awakening”). I can’t get this kind of stuff anywhere else. That, along with your prolific posting and updates keeps me checking in several times a day. This has been one of my top 2-3 blogs for the last year. Thank you for your efforts. Unsolicited advice: keep it fun, don’t burn yourself out. I enjoy your blog too much for that to happen.

    Cheers,
    Ken Rodgers

Someone needs to publicize Obama’s support fo Odinga when he ran for President of Kenya last year, and his ongoing almost contacts with him Obama says he isn’t a Muslim but Odinga says he is his cousin and Odinga promised to incorporate Sharia into Kenyan law. Obama supported him personally and financially, even sent his people over to Kenya to help him run his campaign. When Odinga lost, his Muslim supporters went on a jihad murdering christians and burning churches. Pictures of Odinga’s Muslim supporters setting fire to a church where women and children had taken refuge, and hacking those who tried to escape to death with machetes should be enough to turn the tide. That is if anyone is brave enough to publicize it.
To “quell the violence” the UN forced the elected president to share power with Odinga. So Odinga is now prime minister of Kenya and there have been hints that something big will happen in Kenya if Obama is elected.
