Al Gore, Mind Of A Child

Published by at 7:58 pm under All General Discussions,Global Warming

Al Gore thinks in simplistic analogies because that is all the poor sap has to try and grasp scientific fact. The man claimed “the planet has a fever”, and then claimed you don’t go read science fiction to address it. There goes that liberal art of projection again. The earth’s normal temperature range has been well above this and below our current climate thousands of times over billions of years. Only once or twice were the drivers of these normal fluctuations something catastrophic like a metoer or super volcanoe.

Some thousands of years ago, before all this CO2 pruduction of modern society, there were no glaciers in the much of the Canadian rockies. Greenland got its name because back when the Vikings discovered the place it was much greener and not as white (with snow) as it is today. And if CO2 is the engine driving temperature, then why is it temperatures dropped through the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s while man-made CO2 production sky rocketed?

Gore is proposing mankind try bleeding from leaches to stem the fever, just like the ignoramouses of the middle ages who felt bleeding would empty the body of bad spirits and poisons (depleting the one agent which carries anti-bodies to fight off infections). Gore uses analogies to demonstrate what a fool looks like with fact he cannot grasp. And all his liberal groupies get to share in his embarrassment.

A fever is a symptom – like the increasing temperatures we are seeing. But to know how to battle a fever you need to know what is the cause. The wrong diagnosis allows the problem to worsen. Gore and his Chicken Little chorus have no proof they know the cause, let alone the cure. They have no scientific facts, they have unsubstantiated theories running in media popularity contests. Scientific facts are not popular theories. The earth orbit the sun is a fact. A popular theory is the moon came from a collision with another solar system body. The difference is critical. Gore has a fever, it is called obsession.

Al Gore has more problems than just a fever. After seeing snippets of his TV coverage today, I think he has very serious mental problems. Does he think he is one of the Chosen or what. He refused to answer questions from the GOP members. Thank God we have President Bush.

From what I watched today, Gore thought he was a real cutie that kept talking over the GOP questions. Considering I trash Rep Congressmen because they need to grow a spine……let me just say that Senator Inhofe was great! . That man has a spine and this was not the first time that he has stood up. When McCain and Graham were going on and on about Abu Ghraib and letting the Dems just go wild over it…….Senator Inhofe said () that he was “outraged by what he was listening to at this table”. My kind of Republican. He really tried to call Gore today. Thanks Sen Inhofe.

A.J., you must study this NASA Sun-Climate correlation discovering 88-year and 200-year cycles driving climate change in the Nile river delta.

Oh, wait, a link would be helpful. NASA Sun-Climate connection.

No, it is because the narcissistic so-and-so thinks that kind of thinking is the only thing the unwashed masses in this country would understand. He is being his normal condescending, patronizing self.

This whole thing today was snake oil 101.

I may be Dutch in heritage, but I don’t stick my fingers in dyke’s.

I have better places to put them that are more mutually satisfying.

The dem controlled chambers by a small margin seem to want to go off into the land beyond farther than 911 truthers and Area51 believers.

I hope this hearing and the futile whatever gate is attached to the USA firings is and all the many others that will follow will show the public just what a vacant less than credible group is now in the majority.

Too me the only “fact” that was established today was when Boxer waved the gavel around and said “elections have consequences”.

Looks like out of the school of unintended consequences that this should be a possible front runner choice clip for the next election cycle by the Reps.

Gore does believe he is the anointed one. He was brought up to believe he deserved to be president. This global warming trash is just his meme to get into the WH. He is grasping at straws. I will be very surprised if he does not run. His ego demands it.

    Yeah, and so is mania.

Boy, you can’t say that enough! This delusional “prophet” was almost President of the United States! {{shudder}}. Now, being mere President would not be enough for Big Al…after being co-King of the World with Bill Clinton. They each have their “cause”…Gore with Global Warming and Clinton with his Aids Charity.

Truth be known both of them have a “higher cause”… THEMSELVES!!
