Republican Disasters

Somebody tell me the difference between a liberal, power hungry nag and a republican power hungry nag:

Parents beware: Miss a meeting with your child’s teacher and it could cost you a $500 fine and a criminal record.

A Republican state lawmaker from Baytown has filed a bill that would charge parents of public school students with a misdemeanor and fine them for playing hooky from a scheduled parent-teacher conference.

I got an idea. Let’s make it illegal to be a political idiot. When some yahoo comes up with an idea like this we fine him a year’s salary and are allowed to hold an immediate vote to replace him. Damn, we have the most craven, useless pols on the planet. Thank God I am an independent.

Don’t fine him a year’s salary…..invite the twit out of the gene pool, then confiscate all his property.

The Navy needs new ships – and the gene pool needs chlorine.

And to think that a likely majority of people voted for this guy. And the fact that he a Republican shows that stupidity is an equal opportunity trait.

You’re not the only independent. Most of mainstream America is not participating on either side of the “political divide.”

But the two sides are going at each other. While destroying our Constitution. How so? Kids used to be taught that under American Law, we’d rather free a guilty man, than put an innocent man in jail.

I’d guess that this went down the toilet with Nixon. Who allowed badged members of goverment to twist convictions out of “hippy-dippies,” who were “on the other side.” And, not one of Nixon’s own brand of “follower.” It all started “IN THE WEEDS.”

Today? While it shows that Bush’s popularity is down the toilet, one of the reasons this is so is very subtle. He has no way of DEFENDING THE CONSTITUTION against the inroads made by the way the press galvanized itself, to attack his own Administration. (In other words? He’s no Guiliani when it comes to STRAIGHT TALK with the American People.) Instead? Bush just threw a LIBBY LOG up onto the fire.

When did JUSTICE IS SERVED become a political dish?
